Our History
THE IMPROVED ORDER OF RED MEN: AMERICA’S OLDEST FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION
Redmen Bingo is proudly connected to the longstanding traditions of the Improved Order of Red Men — a patriotic fraternity whose roots stretch back to the Sons of Liberty in 1765.
The early members concealed their identities, protected freedom in the colonies, and organized themselves after the democratic principles of the great Iroquois Confederacy. Their ideals — Freedom, Friendship, and Charity — are still at the heart of everything the Order does today.
